Phil Jensen grew up in the Ottertail Lakes Area and has been guiding and fishing tournaments in this area for over 40 years. Ottertail Lake is home to Phil and his family dating back to his Grandpa fishing the lake in 1918. When Phil is not fishing the Ottertail Lakes Area, he can be found hunting big game animals, upland game and waterfowl across Minnesota, the Dakota’s, Colorado and Canada. Phil has been fortunate to fish from Alaska to the Gulf of Mexico and many places in-between but always comes back to Ottertail Lake. As an educator by profession, he enjoys teaching people how to fish, the importance of boat control, how to utilize your electronics and the excitement of saying “Oh There’s One”! Todd Cameron grew up on the South Dakota side of Big Stone Lake and has spent more than 40 years fishing for walleye, northern, and pan fish. His longtime passion for fishing started when he was a small boy and his grandfather who would take him out in a row boat, or would fish with him from shore.
